Peter Blankenstein
Biography
Peter Blankenstein is a Dutch actor born in 1955. He trained as a public school teacher and studied children's musical theater at the Hilversum teaching academy, where he became interested in performing. He acted with the Bussum Youth Theatre Company before founding his own children's theater company, Young K&G, for which he adapted and directed classics. He also performed in more than twenty productions with the K&G Theatre Company, including Of Mice And Men, The Dumb Waiter, and The Rose Tattoo. In 1988 he left teaching for a business career but kept acting, and in 2007 he began performing full time, joining two Amsterdam casting agencies and appearing in commercials and four episodes of the Dutch soap opera Good Times, Bad Times. He is best known for appearing in every installment of The Human Centipede trilogy.
