Plot summary
A year after the Blue Skeleton kidnapped them, Zack, Bobby, Mikey, and Jeff still carry the trauma of that night. They decide that another road trip through haunted house attractions will help them move forward. Brandy speaks with her therapist, Dr. Margee Kerr, and agrees to come along once the group promises to avoid extreme haunts. In Anoka, Minnesota, they learn about an extreme haunt named Hellbent and begin asking how to find it. A roadside sign for Hellbent appears during the drive. At one haunted house, an actor in a Blue Skeleton mask stands among the attractions; the manager insists the masked figure does not work there. Brandy suspects a prank, while the others offer her more money if she agrees to join them at Hellbent.
