Did you know?!Facts and trivia about The Dentist 2 (1998)
Can contain spoilers, watch the movie first.
- Producer Pierre David was unhappy with the script changes made on the first Dentist film and refused to let director Brian Yuzna see the script for the sequel. Yuzna had just one weekend of pre-production and script work before production began.
- The homeowners would not let their garden be dug for the scene where Dr. Alan Feinstone buries someone, so David told Yuzna to use a plastic tarp covered in a thin layer of soil for Corbin Bernsen to dig in.
- The actor Howard, who played "Mr. Toothache", was unavailable for the grave-digging scene, and the production could not afford to hire him for another day, so only a pair of shoes worn by a double appears.
- Dawson refused to film a nude scene with co-star McWhirter, so a body double was used in his place.
