The Cleaner (2021) on Netflix

Plot summary

Buck Enderly once sold cars and now cleans houses for well-off clients around Los Angeles. He sleeps in a stationary RV parked beside the cabin where his frail mother lives, and money is tight. When one client lets him go, the man points him toward a neighbor, a singer named Carlene Briggs. Her house is already spotless; what she wants is someone to find her estranged son, Andrew, who stopped visiting. She offers Buck a thousand dollars up front for the search, and he agrees. Asking around, Buck learns from Carl, the owner of a local diner, that Andrew cooked there until he stopped showing up. Buck's brother Craig is a local police officer.
