Plot summary
Julia Richardson is a Washington Post journalist at work on a story about the ridiculous uses men find for the armaments at a NATO war games meeting. Michael Scott is an international arms dealer who has come to a NATO meeting to sell weaponry. Her liberated outlook on the world and his trade could hardly be further apart, and the two become entangled.
