Plot summary
Jason designs book covers with his best friend Daniel, and their friend Mikey, a doctor, has just been asked for a divorce by his wife Vera. When the three go out to take Mikey's mind off it, Jason meets Ellie and Daniel's longtime wingman Chelsea comes along. Jason believes every relationship ends at the moment someone wants more than he can give, and the friends agree to a pact: stay single and keep things casual. Then Jason starts seeing Ellie, an author whose book cover he is pitching, Daniel grows closer to Chelsea, and Mikey keeps meeting Vera. Each of them keeps the relationship hidden, since the three had agreed to stay single.
