Plot summary
In Paris, Sophie and Olivier run a bakery, and the demands of their job shape their days. Sophie feels that her husband is no longer interested in her. Then they notice a personal ad pinned to the bakery's notice board. Paul and Colette, a couple they find strange, want to sell their holiday home. Sophie and Olivier get in touch, and they buy the house without ever going to see it. Sophie travels down to the seaside ahead of her husband with their children and finds that a nudist colony surrounds the house. Olivier then joins her and the children at the house.
