Plot summary
Bob Carter is a real estate agent trying to close a deal with Allen and Mary Ann Doyle. He takes them through available houses, and at each stop he gives full disclosure about the violent events that happened to the people who lived there before. His honesty only makes the Doyles more reluctant, and Carter grows desperate as the tour continues. Other characters face their own troubles: Louis Freemont finds his wife Sarah with Frank Sarno; the Gatley family takes in a small monkey named Bobo, found in their tree; and Sean Goodwin, a physician with psychic abilities, seeks out Dr. Helen Corey about visions of a killer known as The Granny Killer.
