Plot summary
Art the Clown wakes in a morgue, kills the coroner examining him and goes to a laundromat to wash his bloodied suit, where he meets a figure in matching clown paint, the Little Pale Girl. A year later, teenager Sienna Shaw is finishing her Halloween costume, a Valkyrie her late father designed, and her younger brother Jonathan has fixated on Art since finding drawings of the clown in their father's sketchbook. Sienna dreams of a Clown Cafe television commercial in which Art kills the customers while she pulls a sword from a cereal box, and she wakes to her dresser on fire and the sword unharmed. Jonathan later spots Art and the Little Pale Girl at school, and Art taunts Sienna in a costume shop.

The "Bedroom Scene", the three-minute mutilation of Allie, was the hardest scene in Terrifier 2 to shoot: Damien Leone built a life-size animatronic puppet of actress Casey Hartnett, with crew under the bed working rods through its limbs and others behind a wall operating its head.- Damien Leone launched an Indiegogo campaign with a $50,000 goal to pay for a practical-effects-driven scene; it took over $125,000 in its first week and finished at $250,000, 430% above the goal.

The post-credits scene was originally going to show Art growing out of the back of Victoria's head, but Damien Leone dropped that idea once Malignant gave its villain a similar getup and shot Victoria giving birth to Art's head instead.- Leah Voysey auditioned for Sienna and for her friends Ally and Brooke, but co-producer Jason Leavy, who knew of her singing and guitar skills, invited her to be the host performing a song in the Clown Cafe dream sequence, which led to Leone giving her a nurse role in the credits scene.
- Lauren LaVera, who plays Sienna Shaw, liked her Valkyrie costume on the first day of wearing it but grew to dislike it during filming because it was uncomfortable, and she suffered blisters from it.
