Plot summary
Sasha is a young man of twenty-five who has recently left a communal home for the families of drug addicts. He is in love with Benedetta, who barely notices him. Nicole is a Frenchwoman in her forties, married and living in Rome. Her antidepressants distract her, and she causes an accident with Sasha. The two become friends, and Sasha asks Nicole to advise him on how to seduce Benedetta, the beautiful and spoiled daughter of his patron Riccardo.
