Sunday's Illness (2018) on Netflix

Plot summary

Anabel lives in Barcelona with Bernabé, her husband, and Greta, her younger daughter. While hosting a dinner party, she spots a member of the catering crew and recognizes Chiara, the child from her first marriage she walked away from more than thirty years earlier, when the girl was eight. Chiara asks for ten days together. Anabel offers money instead and gives in only when that is turned down. Bernabé and the family lawyer doubt Chiara's intentions, so she signs a contract renouncing any rights as a family member. Before the journey, Anabel tells Greta about her half-sister, and Greta asks her to be gentle with Chiara. Chiara drives her mother to a remote house in the French Pyrenees, where the two women, strangers to each other, pass the days together and Anabel tries to learn why Chiara came.
