Plot summary
Bubbles holds auditions in Ricky's trailer and assembles a country-folk band he calls The Shitrockers. He enters their first song, Kitties Are So Nice, in a radio contest, and the deejay mocks him on the air. Randy, the weekend trailer park supervisor, comes along as roadie for a two-week circuit of Legion Halls. The run finishes at a provincial prison, where a riot breaks out during their set and the footage goes viral. The exposure brings an invitation for the Shitrockers to open for The Boxmasters on a European tour. The band leaves Nova Scotia for Prague, while Ricky and Julian are left to work out whether their own dreams can still come true.
