Plot summary
Buddha stargazes with his owner, Sam, who wishes he could touch the Moon. The next morning Sam joins his class on a trip to Vision Enterprises to watch the Vision 1 spacecraft make a test launch, and pets cannot come, so Buddha is left at home. Buddha finds Rosebud, Budderball, B-Dawg and Mudbud, his siblings, and asks them to come along. The five climb into the school bus once it arrives and ride to the company. There they put on space suits from a machine and follow the students, whom Dr. Finkel is guiding, aboard the shuttle, and the hatch seals them in. Astro, piloting from Earth, sends the craft into space.
