Sleigh Bells Ring (2016) on Netflix

Plot summary

Mayor Howard finds the funds to revive Mission City's Christmas parade, dormant for years, and hands the organizing to Laurel Bishop, who runs the town's parks and recreation department. She has two weeks to stage it, and a promotion to city manager at the end. Her teenage daughter Scarlett gives up their usual holiday plans so her mother can work, and the two spot a run-down antique sleigh in the countryside that would suit the parade as a centerpiece. Its owner agrees to lend it, though the sleigh moves by itself. Laurel's former fiancé, her sweetheart from high school and college, is home for the holidays; he left for New York City after graduation and is helping his aunt Audrey sell her antiques store before she retires.
