Plot summary
Halifax, Nova Scotia, has no working police force because its officers are on strike. A fascist group that calls itself the New Order murders the patrons of a gay bar in the city. Daniel is the only person who comes out of the bar alive. He takes shelter in an apartment complex. The people who live there agree to keep him safe from the murderous vigilantes waiting outside.
