Plot summary
On June 2, 2008, Arthur Swidzinski and Michael Kosciesza stand in downtown Chicago, the city where they have spent most of their twenty years. The two lifelong friends plan to ride 1,000 miles from Chicago to New York City on skateboards. Tony Michal and James Lagen come along on bicycles, hauling baby trailers and filming the journey. The four twenty-year-olds set out from the Midwest, and youthful ignorance sends them through wrong turns and unfortunate circumstances.
