Plot summary
On the bank of a river in northern Italy, the town of Voghera keeps a story of a witch. Her name was Shanda, and she was put to death there in the early nineteenth century. Emma, a professor, arrives to research that killing. The tale told in the town is that Shanda's spirit never rested and now wants to occupy someone living, and the professor is drawn into terror and possession. The picture is independent Italian horror, made in the manner of the classic Italian horror movies of the seventies and eighties.
