Plot summary
Scare Zone is a Halloween horror house in a strip mall, and Oliver has poured himself into it. It opens for three nights only, and he brings back his old staff: Spider, an ex-con; Summer, a bride-to-be; and Claire, an enigmatic Goth princess. Several new hires join them as well, among them Darryl, a young man drawn at once to Claire. The group is quarrelsome, and the short run demands that they work together as a team. What none of them counts on is that someone, or something, intends the scares to be real.
