Plot summary
Sarah manages a bookstore and makes art, and she lives with Kevin, the musician she is dating. Her sister Beth is engaged to Andrew, who plays with Kevin in the same band, and Beth is absorbed in planning the wedding. At one of the band's shows, Sarah spots Jonathan, a man who keeps returning to the store because he is drawn to her. He has decided to come and speak to her, but he overhears that she and Kevin share a place. Beth reaches them and the conversation stops. Kevin, still elated from the set, proposes to Sarah in front of everyone. She runs out of the venue, moves into an apartment of her own and starts spending time with Jonathan.
