Plot summary
Four puppies are born to Mrs. Paws: Hope, Jingle, Charity and Noble. Hope acts without thinking ahead, Jingle sings off-key, Charity still has to learn to share, and Noble, the only boy, leads his sisters into trouble. At school, Noble asks Eli and Eddy for magic crystals of their own, and learns that the crystals are powered by the Christmas Magic in the Great Christmas Icicle and must be earned by grasping the true meaning of Christmas. The spirit map shows the most Christmas spirit in Pineville, USA, where ambassador Michelle Reynolds has recently died. Her husband Thomas and young daughter Sarah still celebrate the holiday, but twelve-year-old Carter has grown cold. When Mrs. Claus sets out for Pineville to choose a new Santa Claus ambassador, Noble takes Eddy's crystal collar and heads there with his sisters.
