Scott Bairstow
Biography
Scott Bairstow is a Canadian actor who started on television at age 10 in Let's Go. At 17 he moved to New York City and won a part on All My Children as young Stuart Chandler in flashback scenes. He is known for playing Newt Call in the syndicated western Lonesome Dove: The Series and Lonesome Dove: The Outlaw Years, and Ned Grayson on Party of Five. His screen credits include The Postman (1997), Wild America (1997), where he played Marty Stouffer, and Tuck Everlasting (2002), where he played Miles Tuck. He led the short-lived series Harsh Realm and took the lead opposite Cybill Shepherd in There Was a Little Boy (1993). He also appeared opposite Kris Kristofferson in Two for Texas (1998) and guest-starred on The X-Files episode Miracle Man (1994) and a 2003 two-part finale of Touched by an Angel.
