Plot summary
Mr. Griffin teaches English at a high school and is known for demanding a lot from his students. When Mark Kinney walks into class late, the teacher scolds him and says he must ask to be allowed back. Mark proposes to Dave, Jeff, Tori and Bree that they kidnap and humiliate Mr. Griffin, and the group decides it needs a decoy. They pick Susan McConnell, a diligent student who wants to be accepted by the popular crowd and who has a crush on Dave. Mark calls the plan a harmless senior prank. Susan says no at first, then changes her mind after Mr. Griffin humiliates her in class. She agrees to meet the teacher after school.
