Biography

Liam Aiken is an American actor from New York City who first turned up on screen as an infant in a segment of Night After Night with Allan Havey. His professional debut came in a Ford Aerostar commercial, and at seven he acted on Broadway in A Doll's House. Henry Fool (1997) gave him his first film part, with Stepmom (1998) bringing his first major role, followed by Road to Perdition (2002) and Good Boy! (2003). He played the orphan Klaus Baudelaire in Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events (2004), later appearing in The Killer Inside Me (2010). On television he was seen in the CBS series A Gifted Man, and between 2012 and 2015 he narrated audiobooks for All the Wrong Questions. His later films include Nor'easter (2012), the title part in Ned Rifle (2014), which closes the trilogy begun by Henry Fool and Fay Grim (2006), The Bloodhound (2020) and Bashira (2021).
