Judy Landers

Judy Landers is a retired American actress and television performer who grew up in Valley Cottage, New York, after being born in Philadelphia. Before acting she won a state tumbling championship in 1974, then, encouraged by her mother, former actress Ruth Landers, she auditioned in New York with her sister Audrey Landers; those auditions failed, so she trained at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and moved to Hollywood. There she became a frequent television guest through the 1970s and 1980s, appearing on The Love Boat, Happy Days, Charlie's Angels, Fantasy Island, Night Court and Murder, She Wrote, and she held a regular role across 75 episodes of Madame's Place. Her film work includes The Black Marble (1980), Armed and Dangerous (1986) and Dr. Alien (1989). She also worked with Audrey on the children's shows The Huggabug Club and The Treehouse Club, and with Audrey and Ruth she runs Landers Productions, which made Circus Island (2006).
