Joey Fatone
Biography
Joey Fatone is an American singer, actor and television host who sang baritone in the boy band NSYNC, which sold more than 70 million records. Born in Brooklyn and raised in Bensonhurst before his family moved to Orlando, Florida, he began performing at Universal Studios Florida, where a fellow performer recruited him into the vocal group that became NSYNC in 1995. He remained with the band until its indefinite hiatus in 2002, then built a career as a host and actor, finishing second on Dancing with the Stars in 2007, announcing for Family Feud from 2010 to 2015, and hosting The Singing Bee and Common Knowledge. His screen work includes On the Line (2001), My Big Fat Greek Wedding (2002), The Cooler (2003), My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2 (2016) and My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3 (2023). He also played the lead in Rent on Broadway.

First role
Fatone took the role of "Wolfie" in Beetlejuice's Rock and Roll Graveyard Revue at Universal Studios Florida in Orlando after finishing high school. Chris Kirkpatrick, another performer at the park, became his friend there in the summer of 1995 and brought him in as the fourth singer of a new vocal group.
Beyond film
With NSYNC, Fatone was a baritone from the group's start until 2002, when the band began an indefinite hiatus. He took lead vocals on the single "Together Again" and on "I Thought She Knew," a track from No Strings Attached.
