Jack Donner

Jack Donner was an American actor whose work in theater, television, and film spanned six decades. A Los Angeles native, he began on television in the 1950s, with early parts on As the World Turns and on The Guiding Light, and he spent seven seasons in New York City regional and stock theater. From the 1960s he appeared as a guest star or co-star in series including Mission: Impossible, Mannix, Kojak, and The Man from U.N.C.L.E., along with The Streets of San Francisco. He was probably best known as Subcommander Tal, a Romulan, in The Enterprise Incident, an episode of the original Star Trek, and he returned to the franchise as a Vulcan priest on Star Trek: Enterprise. General Hospital cast him as Alfred, butler to Nikolas and Spencer Cassadine. His films included The Night God Screamed (1971), All About Evil, and Cool Air, and with Lee Delano he founded the Oxford Theater.
