Biography
Ginnifer Goodwin is an American actress known for fantasy television and animated voice roles. Born in Memphis, Tennessee, she studied theater at Boston University and later earned an Acting Shakespeare Certificate from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. After early television roles on Law & Order and Ed, she appeared in Mona Lisa Smile (2003) and Win a Date with Tad Hamilton! (2004), then portrayed Johnny Cash's first wife, Vivian Liberto, in Walk the Line (2005). On the HBO drama Big Love she was Margene Heffman, a third wife in a polygamous family, and she later starred as Snow White and Mary Margaret Blanchard on Once Upon a Time. Her voice work includes Judy Hopps, a rabbit police officer, in Zootopia (2016) and Zootopia 2 (2025), and Fawn in Tinker Bell and the Legend of the NeverBeast (2014). She also appeared in Why Women Kill.
