Biography

Dylan Walsh is an American actor who began acting in high school in Virginia and went on to study English at the University of Virginia. After graduating, he moved to New York City to work professionally, and his first part came in the television movie Soldier Boys, with James Earl Jones. Early credits followed in Loverboy (1989) and Betsy's Wedding (1990), plus a regular role on Kate & Allie, and he began using the name Dylan Walsh professionally in 1989. His films include Nobody's Fool (1994), Congo (1995), The Stepfather (2009) and Secretariat (2010). He is best known for playing Sean McNamara on the FX series Nip/Tuck from 2003, Al Burns across four seasons of Unforgettable, Sam Lane on Superman & Lois, and David Hollander on Heated Rivalry.
