Antoinette Bower

Antoinette Bower was a British-American actress whose career spanned nearly four decades, mostly in Hollywood television. Born in Baden-Baden, Germany, she grew up in England, Vienna and Monte Carlo and moved to Canada in 1953, working as a radio disc jockey in Owen Sound, Ontario, before taking stage roles at Toronto's newly opened Crest Theatre. Her television work began in Canada in 1958 with the CBC film The Telltale Heart; a recurring part in Hudson's Bay followed, and in 1961 she landed her first American series role on Hong Kong. She went on to guest appearances on The Twilight Zone, Star Trek, Mission: Impossible and Columbo and appeared in the miniseries The Thorn Birds. Her films included Mutiny on the Bounty (1962), Die Sister, Die! (1978), Prom Night (1980), Time Walker (1982), The Evil That Men Do (1984) and Club Paradise (1986). She returned to Canada for the main cast of Neon Rider from 1990 to 1993.
