Anne Lockhart
Biography
Anne Lockhart is an American actress who played Lieutenant Sheba in Battlestar Galactica, the role for which she is best known. Born in New York City, she began performing at four as Annie in T Is for Tumbleweed, an Academy Award nominee for Best Live Action Short Film. Her first credited guest appearance came in 1965 on Death Valley Days, and she went on to more than 60 guest spots on network series such as Knight Rider, Murder, She Wrote and Diagnosis: Murder. Her films include Jory (1973), Joyride (1977), Troll (1986), Bug Buster (1998) and Dakota's Summer (2014). She has also worked in voice acting, helped establish the Kingsmen Shakespeare Festival in 1997, and appeared onstage in The Lion in Winter and It's Only a Play.

Lockhart was reportedly John Carpenter's first pick for the main character Laurie Strode in Halloween (1978), but other commitments prevented her, and Jamie Lee Curtis played the part.
