Plot summary
Since the foggy Christmas Eve, Rudolph has been famous across the North Pole. The attention overwhelms him; he believes it goes to his nose rather than to him, and he longs for an ordinary nose. Meanwhile a thief called the Toy Taker steals toys from people's homes. When King Moonracer needs a root canal, Hermey, now a dentist, is asked to the Island of Misfit Toys to treat him. Rudolph comes along as an assistant, glad of time away from the North Pole. While the two are gone, the Toy Taker robs Santa's warehouse.
