Plot summary
College is where Kristen has been living, and she chooses to step away from it for a while and go home. She walks into the house and meets Jake, a man she has never seen before, who is staying in the room that was hers. Her mother, Moira, arranged it: Jake is a tenant, and what he pays goes toward the house expenses.
