Plot summary
RoboCop and Detective Lisa Madigan are tracking a ruthless killer. Their investigation uncovers a conspiracy between Dr. Cray Z. Mollardo and Chip Chayken, a ruthless executive at OCP. Together the two men are working on a computer system that is linked to a human brain. The system, NeuroBrain, is created, and it can run the public services for the entire city.
