Road Kill (2010) on Netflix

Plot summary

Marcus, his best friend Craig, and their friends Liz and Nina are on a road trip across the Australian outback. Craig and Nina pair off, and Liz, wanting the same, is ignored by Marcus, who is in love with Nina. The next day a road train nudges their jeep, then pushes it off the road and wrecks it. Craig, who was driving, breaks his arm badly, while the others are unhurt. Stranded miles from anywhere, they see the truck stopped ahead and walk up to it, but the driver is nowhere around. A three-headed wolf mascot sits on the prime mover. Gunshots ring out and a man bursts from the bush, screaming, so the four commandeer the truck and Marcus drives away. The radio comes on by itself, playing grinding music no one can silence.
