Plot summary

Jack Stone robs a bank for one reason: to be locked up in the prison that holds Balam. Balam is a Russian mob boss, and from behind bars he directs the city's police force. Prison is a front for the authority he really holds: his private room sits deep in the building, built for him alone, and most people never set foot there. His henchmen and guards keep that section, and even the warden stays away from it. Balam killed Jack's family in cold blood, and Jack has come to avenge them. Balam does not yet know that Jack is on his way.
