Plot summary
Several mobsters turn up dead, and the deaths bring FBI agent Matt Cooper and cop Helen Simms together. Working the case, the two of them go after a band of police officers who kill the men they are supposed to arrest rather than take them in. The renegades are led by Jake McInroy, and the hit team brings in Peter Roth, a young officer who is reluctant to take part.
