Purity Falls (2019) on Netflix

Plot summary

Nicole's husband has been dead for a year when she packs up her young adult children, Justine and Jason, and starts over in Purity Falls, a town the family hopes will give them a fresh start. Their new neighbors give them a warm welcome, and Courtney, the wealthy woman who lives nearby, is especially kind. She sets Jason up with odd jobs that support the family income, and he becomes entangled in her home business. Jason begins leaving and returning at suspiciously late hours, and the rift between him and his mother widens. Nicole notices that something is amiss and that Courtney has a hold on Jason.
