Plot summary
A band of voyeurs stages parties on Montreal rooftops at night, peering through unshuttered windows at women disrobing in nearby apartments, with Steve Sherman as their leader. They are after what they call the perfect peep, hoping to catch a couple hooking up or other private moments at home. Their equilibrium is upended when Annette Fulvish, an academic, begins observing the voyeurs themselves as the subject of her scholarly research.
