Plot summary
Gaby and Silvia gave birth on the same day in the same hospital and each raised a son without ever meeting the other woman. Gaby is a single mother by choice, while Silvia is married and has a daughter too. The boys grow up in different contexts, according to what each household can offer. Diego's kidney disease is what brings the two families to find out that the newborns were exchanged by accident moments after birth, and that each mother has been raising the other's child. The discovery leaves both women at an emotional and moral crossroads and leads to a legal dispute over custody.
