Nothing Good Ever Happens (2016) on Netflix

Plot summary

Neil makes his living as a painter and graphic designer. Amanda, the girlfriend he lives with, moves out of their rented house one perfectly ordinary morning. Neil tries to cope in the only way he knows and drinks a glass of bleach. He wakes up on suicide watch and in court-ordered therapy, in the empty house Amanda left behind. To feel better about himself, he weighs a few options: winning Amanda back, getting his old friends to like him again, facing his estranged father, ordering a great deal of Chinese food, or finally sitting down to finish his latest painting.
