Northwood Pie (2019) on Netflix

Plot summary

Crispin is a community college student drifting toward burnout, spending most of his time with the same longtime group of childhood friends. A new wish to move out of his suburban hometown gives him a reason to find work, and he lands his first job at Northwood Pizza, a rundown local shop. The employees there are as attached to the restaurant as his friends are to their city, among them Sierra, whose thoughts run deeper than most. Between his old circle, his new coworkers and a kindling relationship with Sierra, Crispin starts looking past the neighborhood where he grew up.
