Plot summary
Billy Colton, a high school student, is watching his new neighbor, a call girl, when a robed man murders her. He identifies the killer as Zachary Willard, his unpopular history teacher and a satanist. Because Billy has a record of pranks and clashes with Willard, the police doubt his story. He asks a retired investigator to help him find hard evidence.
