Plot summary
Kiera is an injured young woman who takes refuge in the secluded home of Reed, a gruff recluse. A bloodthirsty cult and a sorceress who is never satisfied are the threat the pair faces, and Reed has to fight them off to keep himself and Kiera alive. Escaping the perverse ritual of blood and flesh becomes a race against the clock.
