Plot summary
An anthology of three animated stories. In Labyrinth Labyrinthos, Sachi plays hide-and-seek with her cat Cicerone, and the pair pass through an old longcase clock into a labyrinth world of supernatural oddities. In Running Man, Zack Hugh has dominated the deadly Death Circus racing circuit for ten years, and journalist Bob Stone covers his latest race. In Construction Cancellation Order, a revolution in the Aloana Republic brings in a government that will not honor the contract for Facility 444, a city-sized project rising in a swamp. Salaryman Tsutomu is sent to stop the work, which is carried out by robots under the command of a robot designated 444-1, and the machines are programmed to finish whatever happens.

Can contain spoilers, watch the movie first.
- Neo Tokyo mixes Mickie Yoshino's original score with famous Western classical music: Erik Satie's first Gymnopédie and the "Toreador Song" from Bizet's Carmen in "Labyrinth", and Edvard Grieg's "Morning Mood" from Peer Gynt, used ironically, in "The Order".
