Plot summary
A therapist tells him to start a journal of the awkward moments in his life so he can keep things in perspective. At the same time, audiences are asking him for more material, so he sends the journal entries out to his mailing list and then works those stories into his act. The journal, which he calls his Secret Public Journal, ends up as the basis for a comedy special and a DVD.
