Plot summary

A year after meeting James in an airport lounge, Layla still keeps the pact they made: if both are still single, they will meet at the next Pentatonix Christmas Eve concert. Three days before the holiday her plans with her boyfriend Tanner fall apart, and the show is sold out. Her friend sends her to Impromptu, a pricey concierge company known for getting clients what others cannot, where Teddy, on probation, has not impressed his boss. The assignment becomes his last chance, so he and Layla cross the city chasing a ticket, a scalper selling passes to last year's concert, and a wealthy couple's terms.
