Plot summary
Madeline Krug owns a bridal boutique in the town of Fool's Gold, and a Christmas wedding is now in her hands: she is choosing a dress for the bride and arranging an exquisite event, a challenge she loves. The bride's brother is Jonny Blake, a movie star who has come to town to be with his sister rather than to look for romance. The wedding preparations keep the two of them in each other's company, and the days fill with candlelit dinners and walks through snow-covered streets. Madeline has a celebrity crush on Jonny, and the man himself captivates her more.
