Plot summary
Macbeth is loyal to Duncan, the head of a Melbourne crime gang. He and Banquo ride along when Duncan's crew meets Macdonwald for a drug deal, and the gunfight that follows leaves Macdonwald's men dead. Chasing two gunmen, Macbeth and Banquo reach the Cawdor Club, seize it and kill its owner. Duncan hands the club to Macbeth, and Macbeth and Banquo celebrate with the club's alcohol and pills from a table. On the drugs Macbeth meets three witches, who say he will soon hold Duncan's place. His wife doubts he will act on that, but when she learns Duncan will spend the night at their house, the two of them plot Duncan's murder.
