Plot summary
In Sunset Valley, two family olive oil ranches, the Cabellas and the Brandinis, are rivals. The prize of the town's yearly olive oil contest is a parcel of land whose ownership both sides dispute. Nicole Cabella is set on proving that her family's recipe deserves to win, while Jake Brandini enters the contest just as determined. On the Cabella side are Franck and Tom Cabella; on the Brandini side are Raphael, Eleonor and Maxwel Brandini. Adam Caulfield, Nicole's best friend and co-worker, has a relationship of his own with Billy Stevens. Nicole and Jake face off as the contest nears over whose family's oil should take it.
