Plot summary
Boyden loses his job at a PR agency because of his drinking, and he blames his boss and his wife rather than himself. While the capital fills with anti-government protests, his mother brings him news about his grandfather: a joint replacement operation and its anesthesia have triggered severe dementia, and the old man no longer recognizes anyone. With his mother unable to manage the care, Boyden is the one who goes. In the park he spots his wife and daughter with his boss Erol and feels betrayed. He decides to leave everything behind and travel to his grandmother's apartment in the province, where the two old people are waiting for him.
